Accessibility

General

At Kursaal Ostend, we believe it is important that everyone can fully enjoy the live experience. That is why we pay special attention to accessibility for wheelchair users and visitors with reduced mobility. Below you will find all the practical information to ensure a smooth and comfortable visit.

Kursaal Ostend is accessible for visitors using a wheelchair. In the entrance hall, two lifts take you to the foyer, from where you can easily access the concert hall.
On level 1, the toilets are easily reachable by lift.
On level 2, the foyer is available for a drink before or after the concert.

For seated performances, wheelchair spaces are located in rows 11 and 30. For standing events, a platform is provided to ensure good visibility of the stage for wheelchair users.

Assistance dogs are welcome at Kursaal. Other pets are not allowed.

If you require additional assistance, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 40 minutes before the start of the event, so our hospitality team can guide and assist you calmly and comfortably.

Wheelchair spaces

For safety reasons, wheelchair users cannot occupy regular seating. Kursaal Ostend offers designated spaces for wheelchair users and their companion. As the number of spaces is limited, we recommend booking in advance.

Wheelchair spaces can be reserved via the contact form below and are not available for online purchase via the website. This allows us to tailor the booking to your specific needs.

Requests are handled with priority and answered within 48 hours on weekdays. Once we have received all the required information, we will send you a personalised link to our ticketing platform so you can complete your purchase. After payment, the tickets will be sent directly to your mailbox.
