After nine sold-out shows at the Lotto Arena and two at the AFAS Dome with his successful year-end comedy show ‘Houdt het voor bekeken’, Xander De Rycke returns to where it all began twenty years ago: pure stand-up comedy, packed with sharp observations and personal stories.

It has been several years since Xander last updated his audience from the stage — so there’s plenty to catch up on. Confronted with parenthood and his approaching fortieth birthday, Xander does what every man at that age does: look back wistfully and cling desperately to his youth. ‘Back to the Beginning’ is a comedy show about returning to the start, about comparison, and about daring to be unapologetically nostalgic.
